Privacy Policy surrounding this site:
On my behalf:
1. I will not sell your information (i.e., email, contact info, etc) to a third party without your concent, unless if I must surrender the info on a court order, one of my affiliates demand it, or similar situations that may leave me no choice.
2. When the time comes for me to form my own newsletter program- by opting in, to my newsletter, you agree to get email from me (you will need to whitelist ryansjones@snohomish-ebook-store.net) to ensure email from me gets to your mailbox. Please no posers, if you are not really interested in getting email from me, then don't sign up (I will use double optins to be sure that you really want to join my mailing list).
3. For Global Domains International, when you visit my referral link at www.website.ws/ryansjones and become a lead by filling out your email address and name, viewing the presentation page, I will be the one following up with you from ryansjones@snohomish-ebook-store.net. Also, if you enter your phone number in that lead capture page, you also agree for me to call you if needed (though usually I will follow up with you via email, since my speech is not very good).
4. Same goes with the spider web system (though the system actually follows up with leads for me).
5. If you join my network on say GDI, Yuwie, Zenzuu, the spider web system or other downline systems I use, I do reserve the right to send you email aimed at helping you to get started. After all, I would be your sponsor in those systems.
6. What I will do with information collected:
- fill you in with updates on this site
- I will create a special offers mailing list that you can opt to, and whenever my affiliates have special offers, I will notify you about them ASAP.
- follow up with you
- alert you to any issues or problems on my site
- alert you when I will be away for a while and can't respond to emails, etc)
- issues come up with your transactions.
- with downline systems (like GDI), once I get downline members, I may give your email and phone number to them. This is more for training purposes so that they can get some experience following up with leads. If you have people under you, it helps to try to help them to succeed.
7. Other visitors:
- obviously, as you know, this website is open for public viewing, and so you will need to be mindful about what information you give. For example, if you submit a testimonial about a product, and you enter your email address or phone number, other visitors may try to email you or call you either if they have comments about your blurbs of if they have commercial interests (I get that on craigslist, for example sometimes, where I will post an ad and someone else will contact me). If you don't want to be contacted, do not enter your email or phone. Given the anonymous nature of the internet, I have no control over who visits my site or what they do about the information presented here.
- you can also choose to remain anonymous when you leave a comment, or the like.
- because of the tell a friend program I have, naturally some people will try to abuse it. I have set up some reprocussions for people who do it, such as not crediting their accounts, contacting their isp, or even banning them from the program, but who they invite to my site is up to the visitors themselves.
- obviously, never enter any sensitive information (i.e., your address, social security number, credit card, etc).
Privacy policy for my affiliates (sites my website is linking to):
1. every affiliate is going to have their own privacy policy, you will want to read up before opting in to their program (typically either in their terms of use of privacy policy page). Some will keep your info confidential, while others may sell your information to a 3rd party.
2. If you opt into the mailing lists or become a lead at one or more of my affilaites (besides my mailing list, GDI, the spider web system, yuwie, hits2u, and zenzuu), you agree to get email from a reprentative there. For example, if you become a lead with Vince Del Monte's No Nonsense Muscle Building site, you agree to get email from a representative there. Same goes for all of my other affiliates. If any of them have 3rd parties they share info with, you agree to get contacted by them as well (though usually you have to opt into that).
3. If you provide your phone number with any of my affiliates, depending on merchant you do agree to get called by a representative from them as needed.
4. Special offers (such as free trial subscriptions): just about every so called free offer out there online is going to have some sort of catch to them (which will vary by company and what is being offered), and so you will want to read the fine print (typically a "how it works" page), before signing up (especially with my affiliates from clickbooth).

I don't have the right to change their policies, modify their policies, or challenge their business practices, and so I can't be held liable if you opt into their programs, but disagree with their policies or get email from 3rd partys from them.
